Advise companies on corporate structuring, commercial contracts and transactions, working directly with our partners.
What you will do
Draft and review commercial contracts, shareholders agreements and corporate documents.
Support corporate actions, licensing and regulatory compliance for our clients.
Prepare legal opinions and due diligence reports.
What we look for
A law degree (S.H.) and experience in corporate or commercial practice, at a law firm or in-house.
Clear writing in Indonesian and English.
An advocate licence (PERADI) is an advantage.
